1. 9.30 am Wreath laying ceremony at War Memorial, near Head Post Office.
2. 10 am Registration starts at Hotel Broad Bean.
3. 10.30am Inaguration of program, welcome speech, Address by President, address by Chief guest, Vote of thanks
4. 11am variety entertainment program by Sudhan Kaiveli (TV artist).
12.30 noon Tambola.
1.30 pm Lunch.
